I understand that life can sometimes lead to changes in your plans. I appreciate your cooperation in providing me with at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. This allows me to reschedule your session and offer the opportunity to another client, facilitating their transformation.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. For appointments missed without prior cancellation, the full session fee will be charged.

I recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as illness or emergencies. If you need to cancel your appointment for any of these reasons, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
